IM MISSING THREE LUG NUTS LESS THAN A MONTH AFTER PURCHASING TIRES FROM HERE THANK GOD I GOT A FLAT OR I WOULD HAVEN'T NOTICED UNTILL A TIRE FELL OFF UNEXCEPTABLE!!!!!!!!! Update management contacted me an expressed just as much concern as me also fix the mistake immediately and some making sure they went above and beyond to make sure that all my concerns were addressed thank you Cody and your team for owning up to a mistake and fixing the problem

Always room for improvement but they were absolutely fantastic.
My experience at Discount Tire was exceptional. The reps are professional and pretty accurate in what they do. I enjoy the thought of knowing there's no haggling. I have been to the Lawrence location 2 or 3xs now. Each visit exceeded expectations. I have already been referring others ans will continue to do so, unless service warrants otherwise.
