Oh my goodness it was amazing my neck hurts so much when I turned to the left and right, but after Mike had worked on it, I can move my neck from left to right so easily. Gabriella and Mike are a great team. they explain things about the muscle and the nerve which made a lot of sense. I recently tore my Achilles tendon and post surgery came to Spine and Sport to start my rehab journey. My PT, Canaan, has been nothing but extraordinary to his attention to detail and care along with his expert ability to continue to monitor my progress cater to the specific needs of my Achilles and as a result after going for the last 4 weeks have made progress ahead of schedule. Highly recommend Canaan as a PT if you are unfortunately in a position of pain and recovery he help you back on your feet.
Would not go here if you paid me to. I just warn people that the Channel Islands location, although looks good inside, was very badly run by younger and unprofessional people. I was sent here by my attorneys on lien for very bad back injury and ACL knee tear. Unfortunately, I was in accident and had been hit 2 days before my appointment time by chance which was a bummer.
