Worst customer service and experience. I dreaded being routed to the rep I was assigned, assume automatically forwarded based on phone#. Bought most items needed for my LS swap from PSI including engine package, trans, cruise, DeWitts radiator, computer etc. When had an issue the rep promised to follow up and never called back-this occurred about 8 times checking on issues or shipment status. I purchased a wiring harness from PSI for my 2016 Gen V LT L83 swap into an old Military Humvee. I went ahead and purchased the wiring harness, 02s, pedal, MAF, and ECU with tune. It was worth every cent. They literally lived up to there "Plug it up and fire it up" slogan. The quality of the harness was OEM, the connectors are factory connections and come complete with safety snaps. I stumbled across their website by chance, boy am I happy that happened. I had questions about LS swaps, mind you, I jave not purchased one thing from them. I sent a message to them.on Saturday, a few hours later I had a response. I would message them again and they responded, over the weekend. I highly recommend their service.
