I spoke with the owner he passed me on to his estimator Greg,I’m looking to purchase a small garage 20 x 30 and Greg went on for 30 minutes about his experience and the concrete that I need to purchase and install for this building. Could not get a word in and would not allow me to install my own concrete slab because his concrete post had to go in 6 feet deep which was complete overkill. I had to walk away from that conversation.
If I could give 0 Stars I would, and this was just to get an estimate. The owner Mark, whom I spoke to 1st was very professional, pleasant and courteous. He referred me to "Greg" his estimator, and he was extremely rude, unprofessional and argumentative. I did not need to here about all his successes, where he lived and the fact he sold the business to Mark.. The owner is a great guy. The estimator shouldn’t be in sales. I could barely get a word in. I may continue with process but may not just because of this estimator guy. Wow.
