Tammy, Amelia, and Sarah were all very helpful in finding me the right fit for my job skills. They listened to what I was looking for as far as available and skill level. Don't waste your time here. It is the same complaint made for the past decade, they are either rude with a superiority complex or never finding work for their clients. I have wasted more than a year here to get both of these same issues. This agency was able find work for me twice, the second time I was contacted by the client directly who I referred back to the agency out of some ridiculous sense of loyalty, not because they were competent enough to find me work. Tammy & her team were an ABSOLUTE joy to work with. Everyone was friendly, prompt, and very helpful. I am beyond blessed with the opportunity that was brought fourth by Tammy & her team! I hope to never have to search for a job again, but if I do, I’d come right back to Performance Staffing.
I did everything that the staff requested for me to do according to their standards of finding me work. I was then told that they would follow up with me, but failed to do so. As an act of being proactive, I took initiative driving there, and contacted them on numerous occasions to follow up and was told that they are still working on my placement.
