I have very mixed feelings about this staffing agency. On one hand, the staff such as front desk and leadership are very friendly, nice and genuinely want to help you. On other, the job market in Flagstaff is so bad that they never have assignments for you especially if you don't want to do temporary 2 day contracts. I waited multiple months and had no assignments offered although I had a good resume and passed all their tests with flying colors.
Overall good experience with Performance Staffing. Thank you!
Very helpful, professional, and kind. They're here to help and do it well. Thank you performance staffing!
From an employer standpoint they are great. Will usually send over quality workers. When they send over an individual who is not a good fit, they will find one quickly. Highly recommend!
