Worst experience ever… insurance job took it to them because they are an RAA approved repairer Customer service rude like others mention by the lady and her son, wouldn’t even inspect until RAA approved the claim. Worst thing stored the car out in the rain for 4 days with the front windows down and when I picked it up the guy joked about it being a bit wet inside. Had my car repaired through RAA insurance. Very down to earth, welcoming and great service owned by a lovely family. After getting the car fixed, noticed the Led Headlight Warming sign came up on my car. I contacted them and right away, they checked it for me (turned out it’s to do with needing to update the car’s computer system after repairing the light system).

My husband brought his car to have slight chips repaired. Even though it was an insurance fix up, it was terribly done. It was rushed and unprofessional as car parts were not restored to their original position. Very annoyed.
