Stephanie is amazing! She's kind, supportive, and knowledgeable. She makes every physiotherapy session encouraging and goal oriented. I highly recommend her for anyone looking for great care. Also a big shout out to the reception staff who is always so friendly and welcoming!
I've been a client of Anthony's since he started practicing on Canotek Road and there's a reason for it. He's thorough in his initial assessment, listens to what is being said so he can delve deeper into the root cause of the problem. I came in after a shoulder dislocation and expected a thorough initial consultation. Unfortunately, I waited 10 minutes past my scheduled time, and the entire session lasted less than 30 minutes. It included a brief massage and a few take-home exercises — all for $150. While the therapist was professional, I didn’t feel the session justified the cost. I left disappointed and wouldn’t return.
