These are rip-off artists! Paid them over a thousand dollars to fix my BMW and just found out they DIDN'T DO ANY WORK!! A man who has worked for BMW for 18 years put it on diagnostic machine AND went under the hood. He said the bolts were the ORIGINAL bolts that BMW out in it when it was built!! Don't trust these people with ANY vehicle you own.
I got my Porsche serviced here previously and now a ML. These guys are incredibly professional and very knowledgable on all things German vehicle. Will continue coming back as long as I am in Auburn and driving German!
Everyone at Performance Services is knowledgable, friendly, and genuinely cares about you & your car. I was scammed by a dealership, but Performance Services was generous enough to check my car, find the problem, and work out a way to fix everything while talking with the dealer so I didn't have to pay anything additional out of pocket. I can't thank them enough!! These guys are the best in the area for both their work on cars but also for their customer service.
