Had an awesome assessment with Caleb at Performance Running Gym and couldn’t be happier. I feel like I finally found a coach who actually understands triathlon - he pinpointed my weak spots and gave me a solid plan to push my performance to the next level. The equipment is great and the owners genuinely care about their athletes. If you’re looking for real triathlon coaching that will actually make you faster, this is the place.
Currently in a xc running camp. The people and coaching are amazing and the equipment is top of the line.
I had a tour of the gym this morning, and Aaron was very welcoming and informative on the purpose of the gym. As a runner, I'm excited that there's a gym specifically designed for runners to reach their goals. Aaron took extra time to make sure I got my initial consult scheduled with a time that works in my schedule.
