Mike is amazing, honest, and fair priced, and he settles for nothing but the best job to be completed his crew does excellent work. Mike and his crew did all the siding including painting and roof including gutters on both our house and shop did a great job, completed on time and was priced fair we would recommend him to anyone he’s the only one we will use if needed in the future.
I recommend Performance Roofing if you are in need of a new roof. They are very professional and easy to work with and the price that they quote is the price you will pay. Mike the owner is a great guy and his help are top notch. Highly recommend!
Mike was incredible to work with. Our roof was in rough shape with moldy plywood due to lack of ventilation which ruined a roof that the previous owner put in. Mike put together a comprehensive quote that was fair and looked to prevent the same thing from happening again. Mike removed all the old plywood. We hired Performance Roofing to replace our roof and our attic insulation. We had a leak in the roof that required immediate repair and the insulation needed to be replaced. Mike and his team worked diligently to replace the roof and did a great job. They completely removed the old insulation and placed in new insulation with better coverage. Mike takes ownership of the work his team does and pays attention to the details. We highly recommend Performance Roofing.
