This whole company is a pleasure to work with. Hopefully you’ll never have to use them, but know that if you do— you’re in very capable hands of getting your house back to normal. I was completely impressed with Performance Restoration. My elderly mother in law had water in her basement. PR came and immediately began remediation. They quoted us a very fair price and kept their quote even when the work took a little longer and more equipment than we previously thought. The men were trustworthy and went the extra mile in serving. I would absolutely recommend Performance Restoration!

I had a leaky faucet in my kitchen that ran down to my basement storeroom and the closet floor in a finished bedroom. At the same time my water heater was leaking in a different storeroom. When I discovered it I immediately called Performance Restoration and Billy and Shaun were at my house in less than an hour! They took photos of the water damage and got to work pulling wet insulation from the exterior wall of the storeroom and the carpet in the closet in the next room.
