Friendly, made it easy we had fun
We rented a boat for two hours, but ended up spending a total of four hours on it due to being stranded for two hours because of a faulty battery. We had to call for help twice because the boat wouldn't start. Even though we requested extra time to compensate for the two hours we lost being stranded, we never got it. They claimed they would allow us to stay longer until around 5:30 PM or 6pm as compensation, but that was pointless since we were stranded again!
