The best part of everything was How quickly they were able to address the real problem. What I thought was just a sprain happened to be a torn ligament. And I know if I would’ve just gone to an emergency room they’d have just sent me with pain pills and sent me on my why unlike the orthopedic urgent care in KC that got me in crutches and a hinged knee brace and promptly now have me in PT. And was able to determine if surgery was needed or not. Best care and experience I have had since moving to KCMO.
Mandy was excellent! I was amazed at my fast progress due to her expertise and help. Her bedside manner was great. She was always punctual, and has a nice personality.
My surgery was very well organized, and the follow up was perfect! I was there overnight and was made aware of what they were doing, when I could go home and the follow up by the PT at home could not have been more helpful.
Chris has helped me tremendously get back on track after 3 major injuries - quad tendon surgery, shoulder rotator cuff surgery and hip bursitis. He got me back on my feet doing the sports I love. Extremely professional and knowledgeable team. Thank you!
