Since my amputation (Rt AK) Performance Prosthetics has been with me thru the entire process, explaining in detail how each piece of the prosthesis and the accessories enhance my walking experience. Joshua and CarrieAnn at the Crestview office always answered all my questions and made the process (Insurance/Prosthetic) seamless.

I needed some equioment after surgery and was told about this place at my 1st Phy Therapy appointment- she tried to call. We drove the 20 miles in horrendous traffic to visit their store front- and of course they were closed. (Fri Sat & Sun) My fault for not checking. I've been seeing Josh, but have used Performance Prosthetics Pensacola for a lot longer. Why? Specialists see you on time. They schedule appointments with enough time to actually listen. They have sufficient support staff that they handle the hassles of dealing with Medicare, insurance, or the VA. Too many people to thank by name, but Josh up in Crestview, deserves special mention.
