Punctuality not a priority with these people. We had a 1 pm. appointment, the first appointment after their lunch break. At this point, they were not backed up with previous clients. Others that came in after us were called in before us. We were called back at 1:15pm. 15 minutes normally wouldn't be a big deal, but watching others go in before us and being the first appointment after lunch, the delay was aggravating.

I have got to say that Paul is amazing at what he does. And the staff makes feel welcome and they all go the extra step for you to be comfortable and to get towards your goal....thank you for being such an amazing staff..

I have had the worst experience trying to get orthotics for my feet from this company. My Doctors office sent the referral over in November of 2023 they stated they couldn't get me in until February 6 I waited for the appointment. Then they told me my insurance didn't pay for orthotics which I had to argue and prove they did. I even got the correct medical billing code for them. As of today 4/23/24 the orthotics have not come in. I just told them to cancel them and I will go somewhere else. Very disappointed by the lack of c... read more
