My wife and I bought our first weed wacker and zero turn mower with Performance Power Equipment. We got the Husqvarna models, When the mower was dropped off we notice that it didn't have the engine we wanted when we ordered the mower. Granted we were unable to see the mower at the shop. We talked with the workers of the company and they worked with us to get the same mower model with the engine we wanted. They were understanding, friendly and corrected the mistake. I was waited on by Brey. She was very knowledgeable and professional. It was a very pleasant experience and I will definitely be recommending this place to anyone looking for equipment.
We have used Performance Power for 4 years with repairs and purchasing equipment. This experience was disappointing. They picked up our lawn mower on August 28th and we just got it back on Oct 28th. We checked in routinely and they wouldn't call us back after leaving messages. So we had to stop in to talk to someone. There was a lack of communication between the mechanic and the desk.
