I was waited on by Brey. She was very knowledgeable and professional. It was a very pleasant experience and I will definitely be recommending this place to anyone looking for equipment.
We have used Performance Power for 4 years with repairs and purchasing equipment. This experience was disappointing. They picked up our lawn mower on August 28th and we just got it back on Oct 28th. We checked in routinely and they wouldn't call us back after leaving messages. So we had to stop in to talk to someone. There was a lack of communication between the mechanic and the desk. Brey was awesome! She was able to help me and gave me some pointers on my chainsaw. She has a great attitude and never gave me the impression that it was any inconvenience.
