Their receptionist, Jodi, is a real piece of work. I would never do business with a company who employs such an individual to answer the phones and represent the entire company. This woman was rude from the very start and couldn't even answer the phone properly. She cut me off while I was speaking and was unhelpful in every sense of the word. If this is how the entire company operates, I have no idea how they're still in business. Jodi is extremely unprofessional and rude.
I worked for them as a tool design manager, made many great improvements to the operation for four years and now they won't even return my calls.
