Had a safety issue with my Subaru Outback with the automatic transmission. Took a day to schedule and a day to access the problem and they completed th repair in hours and under $400
Well I liked their fast turnover, but now I am having to deal with some issues because they used what looks like regular heater hose from my transmisión lines to the small radiator, and out back to my transmission and it seems like it’s leaking, I wasn’t told about the modifications done, they had mentioned to bring the truck back in 10 days to see if there was any fluid leaking and now I know why, I called a couple of weeks back to notify them of the issue and they never got back with me, the other problem now is that I liv... read more
Was told to diagnose then call me. Instead, done no more than hook up a couple ground cables and charged 600 dollars. These guys rebuilt 2 transmissions for me as well as 2 guys that I referred to them. Lesson learned. Next time will be with a shop that appreciates a loyal customer
