Update...I did receive a phone call from the manager in my area and he assured me he is resolving the issue and taking care of my order. The manager did a very good job deescalating the situation and saving a long time customer. In the past, I have been very satisfied with this company until now...Fast delivery and great pricing... I placed an order 2 months ago for ET flat plates. I have waited patiently. I now have called multiple times and the reps say let me research this and call you back. RecommendedThe staff her is wonderful, which speaks volumes of the owners. I know there are,aces that would have tried to sell me substandard tires just to get an immediate. Not these people. We discuss what tires would be best for my car and made the decision together. Then 5hey let me know it was not in stock but they could have it the next morning. I will say this for this company the customer service is outstanding! There were some issues with my order and through perseverance it was resolved. I have a number of classic muscle cars and in the future this company will provide the tires and wheels. Highly recommend them for their attitude towards the customer.

Just got my wheels and tires a few days ago. Between the time I ordered and when they were shipped was only a week even with the current COVID-19 quarantine. The day I ordered, they immediately called and apologized that the wheels I wanted were discontinued and the manufacturer only had two black ones left.
