So far I'm extremely disappointed with this company. I ordered my wheels and tires 11 days ago and have heard nothing. I called 3 days ago (Monday) and was told they'd be shipped out the next day (Tuesday) or the following day (Wednesday) at the latest. He also said I'd get a tracking email. Tomorrow is Friday (day 11 after order) and I've heard nothing. I sent an email with no response. Typical order delivered within 4-8 days and I'm well past that with nothing shipped. I had to take all 4 tires to tire shop and have them all rebalanced. Not cool. All tires were over inflated to 55 lbs. cost an additional $139.95 to have them fixed. WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE
Horrible customer service! I am a 64 yr. old woman who know nothing about tires. I have never been treated so poorly! I prefaced my phone call letting the rep. Know this, and told the “dude” what my tire dealer said, while he agreed with what I reported, he then contradicted that! And then hung up on me! Very rude bastard. Do NOT order tires from them! They suck!
Thieves. Beware. Run away as fast as you can. I ordered wheels and tires. They called the next day to inform me they would stick out past the fenders. Look around and find other wheels you like,or we will refund your money. Now they won't answer email,if I call they pretend to look for so and so,can't locate him right now. Took my cash without verifying fitment,and now they ignore me.
