Great communication. Checked everything they were supposed to.
Went to get a car wash left soap on parts of the car so half of it has soap residue and then the back window barely got washed still was dirty not worth paying $16 for this.
Wow they are very good at what they do, so efficient.
The manager has great customer service skills! Very informative on car needs and conditions. Had a wonderful way of articulating and making a person feel very welcome. You can tell he loves his job, and it’s rare now and days to see that kind of customer service even with managers. Thank you!
We stopped in for a car wash. Paid for the elite service and was not worth the price. Half the service for the car wash didn't even engage while going through. The top washer, the rince cycle and buffer at the end never engaged. We had to go through another car wash just to get the soap off our truck. Was hoping for better.
