Very lacidalsial staff. Could use some training on friendliness.
It's ok. But with the younger teens I'd remind them to give you your new sticker and reset your oil change settings. They kinda weirded out our f150, and it sent me 6 plus timing chain and all 4 solenoid codes and some. but I guess I should've learned how to reset oil life sooner myself. Lesson learned.
Broke my coolant cap
Far and away, the worse service I've ever got there. They managed to squirt oil all down the side of my engine then used window fluid to clean it off. Doubt they even greased it as I didn't hear the grease pump. Had to ask them to check the tire pressure. Customer for 15 years and I won't be coming back.
