I called Performance Plumbing at 2:30 in the afternoon and they were here at 5:20. My main sewer line had clogged and backed up. Jacob did an outstanding job and worked until he had the line cleared and toilet reinstalled. I also had him scope my sewer line so I could understand how my main drain is oriented under the slab of my house. I wouldn't hesitate to call Performance Plumbing for future Plumbing needs, infact they are the only service I will use. I highly recomend them.
They did an excellent job. Customer service was great. They installed a dishwasher they removed the old one, put in a new 1 for me and had it straighter than the old 1 was even installed, so they did exceptional work. Fix a leaky toilet, and on the way out, noticed a drip for my kitchen faucet and fixed that as well. 10 for 10 would hire again.
HIT !! Trades at the lake are hit or miss and Performance is a HIT !! We reached out for trouble shooting on our short term rental. Getting this done was on a very limited time frame. Performance was there in a few hours and used the right, industrial equipment unlike other “plumbers” at the lake. Sent photos along the way to show what he was doing. Explained in detail what was going on. He’s earned our business.
They responded quickly and expertly resolved my issue. They likely are not the least expensive, but if you are having an emergency they would be my pick.
Came out on Labor Day to fix a leak for us! Great response and great service!
