We were having an issue with our hot water heater. In searching for a plumber, we read the numerous positive recommendations about Jacob with Performance Plumbing and Drain. He assessed our 16 year old hot water heater and explained the issue. He told us that it needed to be replaced, not repaired. But the good news was that since we no longer had a jetted soaker tub, he told us we didn’t need to buy an oversized hot water, thus saving us money.
