I’ve been coming to Performance Playground for 6 months now, starting after having my first child when I was feeling unmotivated from all the body changes. It’s been a really positive change for me. Hands down, this has to be one of the best gyms in the area with the most experienced coaches around! I’ve been training at PP for over 2 years. I joined after 18 months at an entry level gym going to HIIT / weight / cardio classes following having kids, and felt like I’d hit a plateau. A simply amazing gym with a great welcoming community. You can tell right away that James is super passionate about helping people be their best and he's curated a super friendly and supportive community. The mix of weight lifting, high-intensity training, cardio and gymnastics is a game changer. They also offer personal and semi-personal training programs that are curated to your fitness goals, not just cookie cutter programs. I highly recommend anyone check it out no matter your fitness level!
