John is amazing. He is so knowledgeable and caring. I feel some hope for my recovery for the first time in years.
The staff all work well together and the work ethic is outstanding.
I had a very positive experience at High Bar. All the people that work there were always very encouraging. Some days I was just off and not feeling very well and was treated with respect, they answered my concerns and was able to continue my workout. They were also very helpful in navigating my health insurance and determining how long I should continue and submitted requests for more visits.
John and the gang at Richmond Highbar office were great.
My experience with Highbar PT was great!((Richmond). They have great therapists that listen to your problems and then try to work in a program that is designed for you. My left shoulder was painful and they helped by strengthening it so I could go back to the gym. Thanks to Dave, Julie and Mike.
