place sucks . my appmt was at 3.. I got there at 312.. parking and new area.. they told me I have to reschedule because they have a 10 minute v cut off time.... it might not be a big deal to others but to me that's horrible customer service n a deal breaker. no type of human consideration
The morning of my first appointment I was told to arrive a half hour earlier than scheduled. I rushed then was told my original time stands. Then I was told I couldn’t see a chiropractor as only one provider at a time would be paid for the same diagnosis. The receptionist told me she didn’t know this either. I iterated my disappointment and stated I will not be paying for such appointment. Waste of my Saturday morning. This is really an amazing physical therapy location. All the therapists I have seen here are extremely professional and knowledgeable, and the same goes for the front desk staff, who are very kind and helpful. Highly recommended.
Good folks but passed along to junior staff shortly after being seen Seems more impersonal because of this approach but they do a lot of volume
