Paul Tillyer has been my physical therapist for several months. First, my hip had stiffened while recovering from being hit by a car while biking. A month or so later I hurt my knee after slipping on icy steps. Paul has successfully eased my pain, increased my strength and mobility, and returned me to my normal life. Paul is kind, considerate, and a very knowledgeable and capable therapist. I recommend him without reservation.

High Bar Providence is a great facility. It is clean, organized and equipped with new equipment. Physical Therapist Paul Tillyer is great. His guidance and expertise helped me improve my mobility and strength drastically. He developed a great plan with effective at-home and gym-based strategies to address my shoulder issues. I Highly recommend both the facility and Paul.

Worst place ever the therapist wants to chit chat with co workers instead of paying attention to the client they don't watch to see if you're form or position is correct to match the excersize. They want you to do technical things on your phone before you even get there and once you're there they ask for more kiosk technical things causing even more anxiety to you not feeling 100% today I went to the appointment but the bus was running late so I called 20 minutes ahead to inform them that I may be late so once I arrived some... read more
