I went for my first PT appt last week for a broken ankle. It took 3 weeks to get an appt and then due to a delay in receiving the prescription they called and canceled my appointment twice. I finally went for my first appointment and was very impressed with the PT; she was the ONLY good that came out of this otherwise horrible experience. However, I called today to make my next appointment and they said they will no longer see me because of the cancelations; cancelations that I did not make.
