One of the worst PT facilities I’ve ever been to. Every visit left me in more pain than when I walked in. I came in with multiple surgeries and complex injuries, but instead of listening and adapting, they pushed me through cookie-cutter workouts. When I told them my pain was worsening, the answer was always: “It’s supposed to hurt.” That’s not rehab, that’s neglect. The service was not provided, and I was still charged $10.00. Getting a refund for it is going to be a hassle with the credit card company. Extra paperwork to be signed at the desk that was not offered online to review before going to the appointment.
Since 2014 the wonderful people at Foothills Physical Therapy have enabled me to successfully negotiate the difficulties that comes with post-op rehabilitation for both knees and both shoulders. I especially like their ability to make small adjustments to accommodate my individual needs to get to the finish line. I highly recommend the team at the Elliot Rd. facility and the team at the facility on Scottsdale Rd. near Old Town in Scottsdale. You won't be disappointed. Phil
Great sports massage. Employees were generally kind. Lack of attention from therapists during workouts. Very expensive. They’re gouging insurance and potentially you, if you don’t have a good plan. I’d recommend finding someone to work with you one on one.
