Nice guys did great work came in for warranty work to be done finished all is well however replacing a headlight cap costing 13$ I was charged 410$ for 2 hours of labor to pop the hood and screw the on a headlight cover was told nothing could be done after they printed off the ticket the company I work for (prime) can’t seem to do anything about it either so it’s coming out my pocket
I stopped in because my check engine light was on and transmission faults ringing in my truck. Greg in service was great. Made me feel like I was part of the team, Bill in parts took his time to look up every part I could ask for as we shared our old military stories. The mechanic David and Andrew are very knowledgeable of Peterbilt and my Paccar engine and transmission. I thought I would be down a lot longer than I was.
