Buyer Beware. I had a similar situation to the same review from 2 weeks ago as of this posting (and I'm sure many others). Bought a replacement Lian Li O11 Dynamic front panel but turns out it's the wrong size (I have the O11 Dynamic XL). Tried to return it and was unaware they do not take returns on made-to-order items. I was excited to find a local (Florida) company that sells hard to find things for computer and water cooling. I places two orders and they arrived. One as expected and the other nothing like expected. The pictured item was what I thought I was ordering and received the right item but a completely different color. I asked for a refund with the intentions of ordering again but with the proper color. They made zero effort to make this possible leaving their “100% satisfaction guaranteed “ claim baseless. I've spent an irresponsible amount of money (for me) with them over the years, ever since I started my first custom loop, and I don't think I've ever been disappointed. Everyone I've spoken with is awesome, knowledgeable, and they'll work with you to make an order right. Shipping is extremely quick, even without rush processing.
