I have an E350 with a box utility body. It blew out a spark plug the other day and we were able to limp it into his shop first thing in the morning, they were able to look at it right away and confirmed the diagnosis. This is one of our daily work trucks so we really can’t afford for it to be down. They were able to replace the spark plug that blew out and a new coil pack, there was still enough thread left in the block, he even sent me a video of them scoping it to see how many threads were left. This shop troubleshot and repaired an intermittent issue with emissions on my 2012 F-150. They accomplished what the dealer didn't want to take the time to do and gave me options as to how far I wanted to take the repair. They did not necessarily sell me a bunch of stuff I didn't need and took the time to explain the problem and my options on how to repair. No high pressure sales and very down to earth. I will use them again and again.
They were quickly able to install my new aluminum radiator on my vehicle. I initially though it would take days but they had It done within a day
Just had a clutch job done on my 350z here and I can say this was one of the best experiences i’ve had with a mechanic. Extremely professional and they did great work!
