The coaches are very knowledgeable, provide excellent instruction, and very patient.
I've been going to Performance One for just one month and already I can feel that my back and core are stronger and in a safer, more stable alignment during the movements. Before I came here I had to recover from a back injury due to bad form and going too heavy. I was closing back in on 136kg for clean and jerk.
