Definitely recommend this body shop for repairs! They had the most reasonably priced estimate for my car compared to other places in the area. Great communication on drop off and pick up times as well as repair process. The scrap fix is seamless and my car came back much cleaner than when I dropped it off which I really appreciate!
I brought my Tesla Model 3 to them to have the bumper replaced after a minor accident. They were very professional, easy to communicate with and were asking a fair price. Work was done in the time promised and very satisfied with the results. Would definitely recommend and would use again.
I called today to make an appointment for an estimate. Your receptionist told me that there is a $25charge for estimates. I let her know that your google listing says free estimates. She said it’s a new policy that was implemented on Monday. The vibe I got was false advertising, or someone there was charging outside of your policy, and basically that your business just isn’t trustworthy. I’ll be taking my business somewhere else. Car was finished 4 days earlier than expected and they job they was phenomenal. customer service went above and beyond. They called a variety of rental cars to fit my budget until I was satisfied. The car was cleaner than when I dropped it off. Very happy with the service.
John helped me with my toyota camry. He was extremely friendly, professional, courteous and very accommodating. I would definately recommend this place to others because of John. 5 stars for sure
