2019 has been a health year for me!! I worked with Josh for the last 9 months with Anytime Fitness Perth(Murray Street) achieving my goals for general health improvement and weight loss. Josh provides all the neccessary support from macro nutritions, health advices and a great gym motivator. I would highly recommend Josh if health has been a concern for you and you are unsure how to start!
