Do not under any circumstances take your vehicle here to have body work done unless you like having to bring your vehicle somewhere else to get it fixed and pay double. My representative (Michael) was polite and professional. The manager there (female) was completely unprofessional and should be replaced immediately. No customer service skills at all and did not take the time to listen to the customer to resolve the issue. Best dealership I have ever been. Such a nice team. I will definitely recommend it. Cars out of the basic regular style. If you need someone exotic, beautiful, fast ... you name it, they have it.
Do NOT trust Performance Nissan. We took our 2018 Nissan Leaf in for service after car wouldn't start with a "engine failure" warning sign. They kept the car for over 3 months without doing a single thing other than letting the battery drain and accumulate dust. They then charged us $480 to tell us they couldn't fix it due to not having the correct facilities to open the battery. We towed it to Weston Nissan and they fixed it right away with no charge. I had such an horrible experience at performance Nissan. I dropped off my car on Friday, and was told I would be able to get it by the end of business day, which unfortunately turned into Monday. They do NOT provide rentals and will leave you stranded. The manager Corey is very disrespectful! He should not be in management/Customer Service, as he has no manners/customer service.
