If you're looking for a used car this is one of the must avoid places. This is the epitome of sleazy used car sales. They only want to get you to sign and provide no after sales service. They advertise a car with all these features online even showing what the added value of the features are and then the car doesn't even have the features advertised and they hide behind the well car is sold as is. No what you expect from someone that is reputable.
DO NOT GO TO ANY OTHER NISSAN IF ITS NOT POMPANO PERFORMANCE NISSAN!!!!! BRITNEY QUICK IN SERVICE IS THE DEFINITION OF WORLD CLASS CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!!! Came for an oil change in less than 30 minutes in and out. QUICK and she lives up to her name!!!! Thank you. Restrooms are clean, staff greets you!! Coffee area clean and variety in the vending machines.
Best dealership I have ever been. Such a nice team. I will definitely recommend it. Cars out of the basic regular style. If you need someone exotic, beautiful, fast ... you name it, they have it.
Do not under any circumstances take your vehicle here to have body work done unless you like having to bring your vehicle somewhere else to get it fixed and pay double. My representative (Michael) was polite and professional. The manager there (female) was completely unprofessional and should be replaced immediately. No customer service skills at all and did not take the time to listen to the customer to resolve the issue. I had such an horrible experience at performance Nissan. I dropped off my car on Friday, and was told I would be able to get it by the end of business day, which unfortunately turned into Monday. They do NOT provide rentals and will leave you stranded. The manager Corey is very disrespectful! He should not be in management/Customer Service, as he has no manners/customer service.
