I paid Jose in full for a T-5 transmission for my 1967 Ford Mustang and informed him in advance that I would not be able to pick it up immediately due to military service. He acknowledged this and told me it would not be an issue, advising me to pick it up upon my return. When I returned and attempted to coordinate a pickup time, I received delayed responses over several weeks.
