Performance Mortgage's staff is knowledgeable and hardworking! Over the past five years, Joseph Fernando has handled one refinance and two purchase loans for me. His advice is honest and experienced. He thoroughly explains the application and loan procedures and answers all of my questions. Each loan closes on time or quicker than I expect. Joseph is a very Concious Lender that takes the time to explain all the avenues when qualifiying your client. He stays in contact with you and your client with updates, up until the loan closes! Answers any questions you or your client will have. Joseph Fernando does a great job! If he says he can close the deal, He closes it! He have my recomendation with a 5 star!
