I booked a sports massage through Class Pass here. When I showed up, they didn’t have anyone available to do the massage. They rescheduled me for a week later at the Plano location and as I was driving there, they called and cancelled again. I’ve now paid babysitters twice for a massage I’ve never received.
Nice clean place with friendly staff. I will suggest others to this facility. Thank you.
I recently visited Performance & Sports Medicine and was thoroughly impressed by the high level of care and professionalism from start to finish. The facility is clean, modern, and well-equipped with all the necessary tools for rehabilitation and sports therapy. My experience has been phenomenal and I’ve really enjoy how attentive the staff is. Very friendly environment and good laughs in every visit
Holly smokes this place is great! The staff is extremely professional, knowledgeable and friendly. They treat you like family unlike other places that treat you as if you’re just the next person in line for the day. They also have so many great pieces of equipment to help you out on your recovery. I can’t say enough about this place. Last but certainly not least the whole facility is extremely clean!!!! They only let me rate this place with 5 stars but it deserves 10!
