The first experience was good, however the VA ordered two new pieces of equipment after I had a medical procedure back in October 2025, it is now March 31st and I have not received anything from this company. I'm a quadriplegic and the equipment is vital for me to live. After some digging and speaking with the VA spinal cord hospital that placed the order I was told that the employee who took the order no longer works for the company which is total incompetence on their part and nothing was ordered until March 17th 2026.
