These people are great. They worked on my old Aerostar. I didn't think the AC would ever work right again. They fixed the problem and it works like new. Thank you Performance Masters.
I had a great experience.
Be sure to put the work agreement in writing! Left a project with them with a 5k deposit. Communication on the project was not good at all. I had asked to be notified when the deposit had been used up. Had asked to start with the brakes. A year later, nothing had been done. When I pressed, they swore they were getting it into the shop. Why do car shop mechanics seem to be either smart-alecky or act like they’re offended when you ask about your cars trouble? Left my car there the day after Christmas and didn’t get it looked at until after New Year’s Day. Seems they closed that whole week without any notice on the door or the website.
