Worst customer service I have seen. Brought my boat in because of engine problems, needed it diagnosed and fixed. This place did not once call me to give me updates, beware that you will need to call and follow up and they will conveniently “just be pulling your boat into the shop right now” whenever you call to get an update. The service manager is also rude and does not help at all with these issues. In the end, I started calling every day to follow up because had I not, my boat would still be there. We went at 9:30 am and they weren’t open even though it said they would be. Now have to go to opposite side of the city. Not happy
