Attempted a refinance with David Brown at Performance Lending over the course of a month. Aside from an initial response, I was constantly chasing him up for answers and progress on my loan estimate which ultimately never eventuated. Even when I left a message with reception for any loan agent to get back to me, there was no response whatsoever. I got the sense that my money was just not good enough for them to make an effort. I've had the best experience with David Brown and Terri. I had a very stressful close on my home a year ago. So this FHA streamline refinance was a breeze, and refreshing in comparison!
