I'd give this company zero stars if I could! Performance Lawn Care employees ran into my fence while mowing my neighbors yard on 7/27/18. After numerous attempts to contact the owner via email, phone call & text message, I am still waiting to hear from him. The owner doesn't answer the phone, the voice mail is full and does not respond to text messages. I physically spoke with their employees on 8/2/18, and the worker said that the owner knew about the damage and would be reimbursing me for the damage to the fence. My fence ... read more
Accidentally mowed our backyard this morning and instead of stopping in the middle of it, finished it AND cleaned it up. Rockstars! Mike was super nice and apologized for mowing it and told me he was just gonna clean it up for me. Don’t normally use a lawn care service but from here on out I will be calling these A+ guys every time I need lawn care done. Great Customer service guys! And in response to the other review-they were mowing my neighbors house and didn’t block any portion of anyone’s driveway!
These people do not care about your neighbors. They routinely block a quarter of our driveway when mowing the neighbor's lawn.
