They are responsible for my condo complex and nothing gets done completely. Half a.. is more like it. They are in charge of our snow removal and that part gets done most times late in the day. As for walkways thats another thing. As for landscaping thats a joke.
Came home today to find my driveway and my kid's new BMW M550 covered in dust and debris after Performance cleared my neighbor's lawn. They put more effort into cleaning the road than my property! The picture from my security cameras doesn’t even capture how bad it was as most was on the back of the car. Why wouldn’t they take a moment to blow the mess off my driveway and car? Very disrespectful, not recommended
I have worked with this company for a few years and have found them to be honest, responsive and on top of their game. I work with them professionally and can't say enough good things.
