Smaller local gym, training OK but sauna had some issues, nails on bench, door need fix, clock missing, very low temperature around 75 celsius and also vending machine needed some fill up, there was no protein shake
Decent varied kit and the new sauna heater is banging Dom smells though.
This gym has been a saviour in what could be classed as close to my darkest times. I struggle constantly with my mental health but this gym is so open, friendly, professional, never to busy to lend an ear. It has everything you need for a work out or if not working out, everything you need to chill out from sofas and a pool table to food and shakes. Also a barber and massage facilities.
