Wow, what an experience! When it comes to having to deal with dealerships there is a negative attitude due to people having so many bad experiences such as being taken advantage of, being treated with no respect, and just flat out being ripped off with all the addons, hidden fees, and slick talk. From Sierra Jones, my certified customer advocate who knew all the facts about the car I wanted, and Tristan taking care of the financials, to the rest of the extremely kind staff, they made it so easy!
