Zach was a wonderful person to deal with. He went above and beyond to answer questions and work with us on our irrigation. Great company to use for irrigation!
Performance Irrigation installed our system a long time ago. Joe does an awesome job and takes care of us. he calls us early in the spring to schedule; he starts us up every year and winterizes us as well; and in between has a maintenance check. If I need him for any issues, he comes out. Last year contractors damaged some areas and Joe fixed them immediately. this year I needed some irrigation heads added in a new area and Joe took care of it. Performance Irrigation does a great job!
Joe installed the original irrigation to our house over 10 years ago. Each time we added a new section, need some adjustments, or a service call for a repair, they have always come out in a timely manner. Recently we completely revamped all of our landscaping and needed a complete new system; Joe scheduled his crew led by Zach, and they performed the work professionally and courteously. We have worked with Performance Irrigation for several years accross multiple homes, while their work was decent and pricing fair, dealing with Joe, the owner has always been difficult, he is rude and short-temperd. We have tried to keep things professional and mostly communicated with text to avoid conflict. But today, after I called to discuss something (it's been almost a month for them to come back to fix the system) Joe was extremly rude, aggressive, and even hung up mid-conversation. Great experience with Performance Irrigation. Joe came out within 2 days of us inquiring, and turned around a quote within 24 hours. Their proposal and invoicing system is seamless and their office staff is responsive as it relates to scheduling and miscellaneous needs. Zach who lead our install was top notch.
