I just called and the experience was horrible. I had to ask if I was calling Performance Innovations due to no introduction of the business. When I asked was it the right company the male over the phone asked, "Who is this?" Was not helpful at all. He stated he would call me back but didn't check to get a correct contact number to reach me. I would NOT call back yet alone drop my car off to be fixed. Unfortunately, I have to give one star or I can't post this review. Bummer!!
My transmission blew out on my Suburban, and I haul some big boats. The owner tore it apart and showed me the factory parts, and the heavy duty parts that he uses in rebuilding a transmission. It looks like Chevy plans on a short life span, and now with the rebuilt transmission from Performance Innovations I am satisfied that it will outlast the rest of the Suburban. Since then I have also had custom work done on another truck, and when I am done with it there will be only one in the USA like it. That shop can weld!
