This place offers an unbelievable level of service and personal attention. The trainer Joe Garafolo is so experienced and detailed in his approach to creating the best possible program for you that you absolutely and positively set for success. I've seen it in all of his clients, be it kids that came for football performance training, those that came post injury or stroke, and those that just came to loose weight and get in the best possible shape they can be. 5 stars all the way.
