Alvin is awesome. He did a ppi to be sure the GLC 300 was good prior to buying. Alvin took me underneath the car and showed me in great detail how everything looked, including the engine. He explained the pros and cons and what to look for and how maintenance works on these vehicles. He took his time and was very patient and knowledgeable. I am looking forward to working with him for future needs.
